From the palm grove to the gift box
Bunches are protected on the tree, harvested by hand, then sorted and graded at the packing station. Pitting and stuffing are done by hand in our workshop.

Can you send samples?
Yes, before a first order. The shipping conditions are specified in the quote.
What delivery terms?
EXW ex packing station, FOB from a Tunisian port, CFR, CIF or DAP: you state your preference at step 2 of the quote request.
What lead times?
The quote gives the possible loading date; it depends on the port, the variety and the size requested.
How is traceability ensured?
Every carton carries a lot number that refers to the plot and the harvest date.
